With an interest in how space science is altering our perception of matter, this work explores view points, voids and volume and can be positioned in several ways. The form has affinity with early modernist sculpture concerned with the opening of form. Sheet glass is fused, carved, bent and etched with a soft mat finish. The interlaced thread is in a vibrant fluorescent red and is invisibly glued in place. This is an alluring sculpture that invites inspection and interaction. 35 x 27 x 32cm
