A tree near my studio steadily drops pinecones each year and I began collecting them. When dried out, they release an abundance of winged seeds. These seeds were scattered across hand-coated cyanotype paper and exposed to UV light before washing and flattening. On 50% cotton paper with deckled edge, 50 x 50cm, ready to be framed.
